Indigenous Community in Dambana Examined for Medical Needs

The Kandy Cancer Society, together with the support of 11 Division troops under command to the Security Force HQ- Centra1 held a medical clinic in Dambana for the benefit of the indigenous community and gave away 150 dry ration packs and clutches on Thursday (16).

Troops made necessary arrangements for its smooth conduct with the participation of 5 Medical Officers who also distributed necessary medicine portions among them free of charge.

Mr Mohan Samaranayake, Chairman, Kandy Cancer Society and few Senior Officers were associated with the project along with few Army Officers and Other Ranks.
