Inauguration of Senior Officers’ Accommodation Building at Special Forces Regimental Headquarters

A newly constructed Senior Officers’ accommodation building was inaugurated on 31 July 2024 at the Regimental Headquarters of the Special Forces Regiment. Major General J.P.C Peiris RWP RSP ndc, Commander Security Force (Wanni) and the Colonel of the Regiment of Special Forces, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

The new accommodation complex, fulfilling a long-felt need in the Regiment, consist of 8 rooms equipped with all necessary facilities. Centre Commandant, Senior Officers, Officers, and Other Ranks of the Special Forces participated in the occasion.
