Giving pride of place to religious observances and collective events, the Security Force Headquarters - East (SFHQ-E) marked its 10th anniversary ceremonially on Saturday (26).
An overnight Pirith chanting and an almsgiving to Buddhist monks invoked blessings on the Army and the SFHQ-E.
Major General Lal Perera, Commander, SFHQ-E together with many other senior officers and other ranks attended the programme.
