Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in Sri Lanka Dr. Jurgen Morhard during his visit to Jaffna met the Commander Security Force Headquarters – Jaffna (SFHQ-J) Major General Udaya Perera on Friday (05) at the SFHQ-J, Palaly.
