The Army’s Directorate of Information Technology (DIT) celebrated its 11th Anniversary on Monday (01) prioritizing the conduct of a donation programme at the ‘Sarvodaya Suwasetha Daru Sevana’, Girls’ Orphanage at Kosgama on Sunday (28).
The staff in the Directorate under the patronage of Brigadier Chanaka Prathapasinghe, Director Information Technology donated gift packs of necessary school items and essential dry rations to the orphanage.
A desktop computer and two tab computers sponsored by the renowned IT Company - Informatics Pvt Ltd to the Children’s Home at the request of the beneficiaries.
