Directorate of Army Band & Performing Arts Hosts Lecture on Food Consumption

Under the guidance of Brigadier K.D.M.L. Samaradiwakara RWP RSP ndc psc, Director of the Directorate of Army Band & Performing Arts, Major V.G. Kapugamage from the Army Hospital, Colombo delivered a lecture on food consumption.

The lecture aimed to educate troops on the importance of food consumption, differentiate between healthy and unhealthy food types, and understand the nutritional value of different foods.

Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks from the Directorate participated in the informative session.
