The passing out parade of the Junior Instructor Course - 99 was held at the Combat Training School (CTS) in Ampara on Saturday (12). Brigadier Ruwan Munipura, Commandant, CTS graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
The main objective of the course is to improve the instructors’ ability for training of Army soldiers. 74 Non Commissioned Officers representing all regiments of the Army participated in the course. The course was conducted for a period of 3 months.
The best student trophy was awarded to Lance Corporal R.P.D.A.S. Kithsiri of the 10 Gajaba Regiment.
Senior officers, officers and Other Ranks witnessed the passing out parade.
