In our feature story, datelined 19th November, captioned ‘Governors Meet Up in Jaffna’ it has been inadvertently mentioned that the conference was chaired by Major General Mahinda Hathurusinghe.
In fact, it was Major General (Retd) G.A Chandrasiri, Governor for Northern Province at the invitation of Governor for Western Province who chaired the sessions.
