Colombo Army Hospital Gets New Biothesiometer

The 'Healthy Army-Healthy Nation' project, headed by the Consultant Physician, Brigadier (Dr) A.S.M Wijewardena of the Colombo Army Hospital on Wednesday (5) received the donation of a Biothesiometer from the donor, Mr Chinthaka Senevirathne, Manager of Emerchemie NB (Ceylon) Limited as an appreciative gesture for the services of the troops.

The biothesiometer provides a quick and reliable assessment of vibration thresholds, which when related to the centile-charts gives an objective measure of the progress of diabetic peripheral neuropathy of children and adults.

Together with the donor, Brigadier P.A.C Fernando, Director Health Services, Dr Amarsinghe, Dr K.J. C Perera, Dr. LM Herath, Officers and other ranks were present at the time the donation was made to Dr A.S. M Wijewardena. jordan release date | Nike Shoes
