Under the guidance of Colonel Commandant of the Corps of Engineer Services (CES), Major General I.A.N.B. Perera RWP USP ndu psc, CES arranged a Diners' Club event featuring Mr. Mohan Samaranayake as the guest speaker on 26 July 2024, at the Officers' Mess of CES.
