Asst Def Adviser in Indian High Commission Pays Courtesies to Kilinochchi Commander

Lieutenant Colonel Puneet Sushil, Assistant Defence Adviser of the Indian High Commission paid a courtesy call on the Commander, Security Forces - Kilinochchi, Major General Harendra Ranasinghe, as part of his itinerary to the Northern Province on Thursday (11).

Commander, Security Forces - Kilinochchi welcomed the Indian Assistant Defence Adviser and briefed him on the status quo in the area in terms of the Army role, civil-military relations, security and development work, social welfare projects, etc.

The General Staff Officer 1 (Operations), Lieutenant Colonel Chandana Jayamaha on behalf of the Kilinochchi Commander submitted a brief presentation covering all those areas.
