Mr Raakesh Natraj, Assistant High Commissioner of India on Friday (26) paid a courtesy visit to the 11 Division HQ in Pallekele, Kandy and met Major General Sarada Samarakoon, General Officer Commanding 11 Division HQ.
During the cordial meeting at the GOC's office, the visitor exchanged views with Major General Sarada Samarakoon on civil-military cooperation projects, social welfare roles of the Army, etc as well as preventive measures against COVID-19 in the Kandy area. At the end of the meeting, mementos were exchanged to mark the significance of the occasion.
