Sri Lanka Army with its machinery and labour power, in response to a request of the Mullaittivu judiciary, managed to prepare the ground for construction of the proposed new Court Complex in the heart of Mullaittivu.
Security Force Headquarters - Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT) within a few weeks, completely revamped and reclaimed the land area, earmarked for the construction in an impressive manner, for which Mr M. Ganeshraja, Hon Magistrate for Mullaittivu, wrote back to the SFHQ-MLT expressing his gratitude to the Army.
The Army on the directions of Major General N.A.J.C Dias, Commander, SFHQ-MLT made heavy machinery and troops available for the successful completion of the project.
