The Army's Lance Corporal Sandaruwan Pinto of the Army Cycling Club during the 23rd ' Tour de Air Force' Sri Lanka Cycle Race that completed its first stage on Friday (4) at Puttalam emerged the winner with 3.07.31 seconds against the Air Force cyclist who became the second.
The second stage from Puttalam to Dambulla via Anuradhapura covering 184 Km begins today (5) as part of the 71st Anniversary celebrations of the Air Force.
