9,716 PCR Tests Done on Tuesday - NOCPCO

As of this morning (17), a total of 286 more persons were confirmed positive to COVID-19 in the past 24 hours. 12 Sri Lankan expatriates and 274 of those positive cases are locally-identified ones, including the majority 94 from Gampaha District, 59 from Colombo District, 26 from Kalutara District and 95 others from different districts, states the National Operations Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO).

By this morning (17), a total of 88,523 persons, inclusive of 84,522 of the fish market and Minuwangoda Brandix cluster have been confirmed positive to COVID-19 from all over the country, including the dead. 85,370 fully-recovered COVID-19 patients have been so far discharged from hospitals and the rest 2,619 are still under treatment in hospitals and care centers.

In the past 24 hours, 395 recovered patients have left hospitals and care centres. Two more deaths have been reported from Kandy and Negombo areas in the past 24 hours. Accordingly, the COVID-19 death toll in the country rose to 534 by this morning (17).

As of this morning (17), 10,752 persons in 104 tri service-managed QCs are still in quarantine. Within yesterday (16) 9,716 PCR tests have been conducted. Adidas shoes | Zapatillas de running Nike - Mujer
