With sponsorship provided by an overseas-based philanthropist to Major General S. Kasturimudali RSP ndu psc, General Officer Commanding, 68 Infantry Division, a total of 134 students studying in Thevipuram School, Mullaitivu on 19 Dec 2023 were the recipients of new pairs of school shoes and books for the year -2024.
The distribution of those accessories took place at School premises with the participation of Senior Officers, Officers, Other Ranks, Teacher and Children.
Mrs. Jayanthi Balachandran and Mrs. Janaki provided the financial contribution to the event.
