669 More Confirmed Positive in Last 24 Hours-NOCPCO

As of this morning (20), a total of 669 more persons were confirmed positive to COVID-19 in the past 24 hours. Among them, were 09 Sri Lankan expatriates and other 660 are locally-identified ones, including the majority 130 from Colombo district, 104 from Gampaha district, 60 from Kurunegala district and 366 from different other districts, states the National Operations Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO).

By this morning (20), a total of 54,418 persons have been confirmed positive to COVID-19 from all over the country, including the dead. 46,593 fully-recovered COVID-19 patients have been so far discharged from hospitals and the rest 7,552 are still under treatment in hospitals and care centres.

By this morning (20), 774 recovered patients have left hospitals and care centres in the past 24 hours. Three more deaths have been reported from Colombo, Maligawatta and Aranayake areas in the past 24 hours. Accordingly, the COVID-19 death toll in the country rose to 273 by this morning (20).

By this morning (20), the flight UL 104 from the Maldives with 28 passengers, the flight QR 668 from Qatar with18 passengers ,UL 218 from Qatar with 92 passengers the flight UL 226 from Saudi Arabia with 76 passengers and the flight UL1042 from from India with 55 passengers have arrived.

The flight KE 9473 from Korea with 285 passengers, the flght UL102 from the Maldives with 6 passengers, the flight UL 190 from Bangladesh with 2 passengers, the flight UL 303 from Singapore with 3 passengers, the flight UL 881 from China wiith 23 pasengers, the flight EY 264 from Saudi Arabia with 21 passeners are expected to arrive here within the day. They all were/were to be referred to Quarantine Centers (QCs), managed by tri-services upon their arrival after formalities at the airport.

As of this morning (20), 8188 persons in 96 tri service-managed QCs are still in quarantine. Within yesterday (19), 14,294 PCR tests have been conducted. jordan release date | Mens Flynit Trainers
