Troops of 64 Division and its under command establishments of the Security Force Headquarters - Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT) considering economic hardships in the area provided free lunch packets to students and teachers attending Ordinary Level examination work in Mullaittivu area and teachers who attended the examination during 27 May – 1 June.
This community project, launched on the instructions of the Commander, Security Forces – Mullaittivu, Major General Sanjaya Wanasinghe was sponsored by Major General Upali Weerakoon General Officer Commanding 64 Division and his troops who volunteered to sponsor the cost of it.
