613 Brigade Gifts Water Pump &;amp; Roofing Sheets to Combatant Turned Successful Farmer

613 Brigade troops in Tachchanamaradamadu, Palampiddy under the 61 Division of the Security Force Headquarters, Wanni recently received a new drinking water scheme.

The new water scheme was commissioned by Major General Boniface Perera, Security Force Commander, Wanni when he visited the 613 Brigade Headquarters on Monday (18).

After commissioning the water project, the visiting Wanni Commander used the occasion to gift a water pump and several roofing sheets to a rehabilitated combatant, Somasekaran Kiriparan, now a successful farmer in Madu Kovil, Mannar who is a father of one child.
