Members of the staff serving the office of the 57 Division Headquarters in Kilinochchi on account of Vesak commemoration prepared a huge Vesak lantern and exhibited it at the Kilinochchi public grounds along A-9 road.
On the instructions of the 57 Division General Officer Commanding, the display of the lantern continued until Thursday (10) night. A large segment of the civilians witnessed the lantern which was of high creative standards.
