Intelligence and 54 Division troops under the Security Force HQ - Wanni detected 360 g of Crystal Meth Drugs (ICE) from Thalai Mannar area on Sunday (16).
The approximate value of recovered drugs is about Rs 3.6 m and recovered drugs were handed over to Thalai Mannar Police Station for further investigations.
Major General Darshana Weerasekara, General Officer Commanding 54 Division, gave the necessary instructions in this regard.
