Major General Champaka Ranasinghe, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the 23 Division visited Periyakallar Divisional Hospital which has now been converted into the 3rd COVID -19 Treatment Centre in Batticaloa district.
During the visit, he inquired into their needs and had a chat with the medical staff as regards its operations and supporting roles.
