Major General Nalin Koswatta, General Officer Commanding, 23 Division HQ in Batticaloa paid courtesy calls on Rt. Rev. Dr. Joshep Ponniah, Bishop of Batticaloa and Mr Mr K Karunaharan, District Secretary for Batticaloa after assumption of office as the new GOC on Monday (15) together with Commander 231 Brigade, Brigadier Pradeep Gamage and a few Officers.
