Troops of the 21 Division under the Security Force HQ- Wanni through the sponsorship provided by a donor began laying of the new roof for the newly-erected Mihinthalaya Rajamaha Vihara 'Dharmashala' building at Mihinthalaya Rajamaha Viharaya premises on 05 Dec 2020.
The Managing Director, Mr Mahindalal Pinwatta, Pinwatta Gems (Pvt) Ltd, Pelmadulla sponsored this project and was coordinated by the Security Forces in Wanni.
Commander Security Forces-Wanni, Major General Priyantha Perera graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and laid the first few sheets on the roof, inaugurating the project with responsible troops. Those troops under the supervision of Major General Vikum Liyanage, General Officer Commanding will carry out the assignment.
