WEST: Troops arrested a civilian with 500 kg of smuggled Beedi Leaves (Approx worth Rs. 2.5 M) in his possession at Maravila area on Thursday (18) with the assistance of Officials of Chilaw Costal Guard and Police and handed him over to the Maravila Police.
