Under the guidance of Major General Ubaya Medawela, Commander, Security Force Headquarters - Central (SFHQ-C), 12 Division troops in coordination with the Hambantota Divisional Secretariat organized a Dengue eradication campaign on April 8.
The campaign was conducted in several places including Beddewela, Karagamlewaya, Samodagama and Sittakulama in Hambantota.
Troops serving the 122 Brigade of 12 Division under the SFHQ - C, Air Force troops and officials in government and private sectors participated in the programme.
