Proceeds from the fair that offers a very wide variety of essentials like commodities, cloths, spices, ceramics, New Year food varieties and the suchlike go to different welfare projects, being launched by the SVAB for the benefit of disable War Heroes and Ranaviru families in the Army.

Almost all the Regiments and Seva Vanitha Units in the Army have extended their support to the project by putting up separate stalls with their own products for sale.

On Saturday (7), the Chief Guest after the formal opening visited each and every stall and shared views with the shopkeepers and did not forget to buy several items from those stalls.

Musical evenings with popular vocalists and other entertaining features for visiting children are set to provide amusement and entertainment to the shop-goers.
