The Court Martial - 2 probing charges against G.S.C. Fonseka resumed its sittings as scheduled on Friday (10) at 8.00 a.m. Defence Counsel for the accused did not appear before the Court as he was indisposed, although the 4th witness was present. The case was postponed until 2.00 p.m. on Monday (13). The hearing is to continue until Saturday (18) when the Court sits on Monday (13).
