450 disable War Heroes of the Gajaba Regiment (GR) enjoyed the day when all of them were recently taken on a picnic to the popular ‘Leisure World’ at Hanwella as a project, meant to promote their well-being and provide entertainment. At the request of Security Forces Headquarters, Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT), the ‘Foundation of Goodness’ headed by Mr Kushil Gunasekara, the founding trustee of the organization, came forward to gift a total of 155 push bicycles among most deserving sections resident under the AGA Division in Oddusuddan.
With the support of the ‘Foundation of Goodness’ organization, the 64 Division Headquarters under the Security Forces Headquarters, Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT), recently, took a total of 42 prefects of Mullaittivu schools on an educational tour to the South as a measure of reconciliation and promotion of harmony.
