The biennial Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) at Nelum Pokuna Mahinda Rajapaksa International Conference Hall was inaugurated today (15) morning during a colourful ceremony, graced by more than 30 foreign delegates, including Heads of State.
