Successful completion of the tenth Special Infantry Operational Course (SIOC) of the Army conducted in the Jaffna peninsula saw five officers and eighty nine other ranks passed out on Wednesday (01) at Palaly airport ground after saluting their Commander, Security Forces Headquarters, Jaffna Major General S.
