Absence of officials of the International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) at UYILANKULAM and OMANTHAI Entry/Exit points, compelled Security Forces and the Police to close down both Entry/Exit points for traffic this morning (02 December 2004) after information was received that LTTE was planning to provoke Security Forces using mobs.
