WANNI: A MILITARY TRACTOR carrying water to troops was damaged Wednesday (31) morning around 11.00 a.m. in an LTTE claymore explosion in PAMPAIMADU, about 6.5 km northwest of VAVUNIYA causing injuries to the driving soldier.
