FACILITATION OF PASSENGERS/PILGRIMS ACROSS
ENTRY/EXIT POINT AT MADHU ROADBLOCK, MADHU JUNCTION
Police and troops, manning the Entry/Exit point at MADHU Road junction hereby wish to inform the general public that following documents related to vehicles of the pilgrims proceeding to the MADHU church are to be examined at this roadblock during the forthcoming MADHU Church festival.
In view of large numbers of pilgrims expected during August 13-17, 2004, all vehicle drivers are kindly requested to carry following documents with them when they proceed to this Entry/Exit point at MADHU Road junction in order to facilitate their movement into MADHU Church areas.
(a) . Vehicle Registration Book/Certificate (b) . Annual Revenue Licence (c) . Insurance Policy for the year (d) . Vehicle Fitness Certificate (for heavy ones) (e) . If State vehicles, a certified letter from Head of Department (f) . Driving Licence
The general public is therefore kindly requested to comply with those guidelines to avoid inconvenience and unnecessary delays.
