A training camp on Rugger playing / coaching, organized by the Security Forces Headquarters - Jaffna (SFHQ-J), in collaboration with the Sabaragamuwa Stallions Club was conducted at Duraiappa Stadium Jaffna on Saturday (17).
With the aim of raising Rugger standards among Jaffna players and improving their coaching practices, the SFHQ-J initiated the programme with the participation of 76 male and female students of Manippai Hindu College, Jaffna Central College, Jaffna St Patrick’s College, Kayts, St Antony’s College, Kolombuthurai, St John’s College, Mathagal St Joseph’s Girls’ College and Chavakachcheri Hindu College.
Commencing ceremony was witnessed by Major General Mahinda Hathurusinghe, Commander SFHQ-J.
