Three more War Heroes, disabled in the humanitarian operations received financial help for completion of their partly-built houses from the Seva Vanitha Army Branch (SVAB).

Private P.D.K Madhushan (26 SLNG) and Private H.M Palitha (8 SLAC) received Rs 150,000 each under the SVAB project. Lance Corporal S.W Chaminda (4 GW) meanwhile received Rs 75,000.

Sergeant B.M.R. Bandara of Commando Regiment and Lance Corporal G.N Wimukthi of Commando Regiment also received Rs 60,000/= each for the same purpose.
