A workshop on ‘Leadership and Development for Middle Grade Officers’ was held at the Security Forces Headquarters - Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) on 28 December 2017.
The one-day workshop was organized according to the direction given by the Directorate of Training at the Army Headquarters with the view to improving ‘Leadership skills of Officers’ serving in the Security Forces in Kilinochchi.
40 Officers including Commanding Officers and Second-in-Commanding Officers and Company and Platoon Commanders participated in the workshop.
The workshop was assisted by Lieutenant Colonel Wasantha Pamunuwa (Rtd) a veteran lecturer in the private business sector.
