Zambian Army Chief in Courtesy Meeting with Commander during BMICH Sessions

Lieutenant General Paul Mihova, Zambia’s Commander of the Army, now in Sri Lanka participating in the Colombo Defence Seminar sessions, paid a courtesy call on the Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Mahesh Senanayake in the VIP suite at Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH) this afternoon (28).

Lieutenant General Paul Mihova during cordial discussions with Lieutenant General Mahesh Senanayake, Commander of the Army, exchanged views on several matters of bilateral concern and freely touched on different areas of military interest covering the African continent. They also explored possibilities of furthering relations between both Army organizations in the future.

Lieutenant General Mahesh Senanayake, Commander of the Army thanked the Zambian Commander and the visiting delegation for their participation in the sessions.

An exchange of mementos brought the friendly meet to end.
