With the aim of improving the knowledge on ‘Physiotherapy and Positive Thinking’ among Physical Training Instructors (PTI) serving under the Security Force Headquarters – East (SFHQ-E), a two-day workshop was held during 26-27 November at the SFHQ-E premises.
Lieutenant Colonel L.R.T.D. Herath, together with six physiotherapists conducted the workshop.
A total of 46 PTIs attended the workshop.
