Workshop on Food Preparation Held at Kilinochchi


A workshop for promotion of professional culinary skills of chefs, waiters and catering staff in Army dinning halls, serving Security Forces Headquarters - Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN), was organized recently at SFHQ-KLN auditorium.

Over 280 participants from both the Army and civil administration in the Army received training from Mr Upali Bandara of the Sri Lankan Catering Services during the two-day workshop, organized by Major General Udaya Perera, Commander, SFHQ-KLN.

In addition, 95 officers underwent workshop training, comprised of practical sessions. Commander, SFHQ-KLN and senior Army officers attended the sessions.
