A workshop, expecting to give Army personnel a basic knowledge on importance of Media, photography, role and tasks of Army Media personnel, videoing, coordination, language usage, Army media operations, coverage of Army ceremonies and related aspects, got underway at the Security Force Headquarters - East (SFHQ-E) auditorium on Wednesday (23).
About 80 Army personnel including Officers attended the workshop and listened to Captain Hiran Soyza of the Directorate of Media who explained how those things are conducted during the arrangement.
The arrangement was organized as part of the annual plan of the SFHQ-E on the directions of the Commander, Security Forces - East. A gathering of Senior Officers and Other Rankers attended the workshop.
