On a concept of Major General D.D.U.K Hettiarachchi, General Officer Commanding, 23 Division, a lecture on the ‘Art of Living’ to address the growing problem of ‘teenage marriages and mothers’ was conducted by Professor Praneeth Abeysundara of University of Sri Jayewardenepura at the Welikanda Maha Vidyalaya main auditorium on 21 February.
A gathering of about 600, including students and teachers of all Sinhala schools within the Divisional Secretariat, state employees and around 50 Army Officers attended the lecture.
