US Defence Attaché Calls on Army Commander

Defence Attaché of the Embassy of the United States of America in Sri Lanka, Lieutenant Colonel Douglas Hess paid a courtesy call on the Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Mahesh Senanayake this morning (11) at the Army Headquarters.

The cordial discussion that followed focused on matters of bilateral importance. Exchange of mementos culminated the cordial meet.

Major General Vijitha Ravipriya, Director General Army Training at the Army Headquarters was also present at the meeting.
