Troops serving the Security Force Headquarters - Central (SFHQ-C) listened to a special lecture on ‘Human Rights’, delivered by Mr I.W.M Jagath Wickramasinghe, Coordinating Officer, Human Rights Commission, Badulla at the auditorium, of Gemunu Regiment (GW) Battalion Headquarters, Diyatalawa organized by SFHQ-C on Thursday (29).
The programme was organized under the directions of Directorate of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law of Army Headquarters. It's aim is to promote knowledge on human rights of the Army personnel who are serving under SFHQ-C.
10 Officers and 114 Other Rankers participated in the programme.
