Troops Assist Passage along A-9 Road After Tree Fall

Troops in Kilinochchi offered their support to move away a huge tree that has fallen across the A-9 highway near Kilinochchi town.

Transportation along the A-9 road was disrupted near Kilinochchi town due to this fallen giant across the road.

On the instructions of the General Officer Commanding 57 Division, troops of the 57 Division joined the civilians and helped them to chop and remove it as early as possible.

Heavy rains and blowing winds forced the tree to fall across the road.
