Table Tennis Championship Goes to Army Lieutenant

Lieutenant S.K Liyanage of Sri Lanka Signal Corps (SLSC) in the Western Province Table Tennis (Open) Tournament, clinched the Championship in men’s category (single) on January 26.

Lieutenant J.H.A.U.S Jayakody (SLSC), Lance Corporal T.S Neththigamage of Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police, Signalman Y.R.M Priyankara of SLSC, Signalman M.A.S Pushpakumara of SLSC and Private M.M.N Munasinghe of Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment were among other Table Tennis players who did well during the tournament.

The tournament took place at St Thomas College Indoor Stadium.
