War Heroes at Ranaviru Sevana Ragam began celebrating Christmas this season with the Christmas Carols organized by the Seva Vanitha Army Branch (SVAB) Friday (17) evening.
The celebrations were graced by President SVAB Mrs. Manjulika Jayasuriya as the Chief Guest. The Chief Guest distributed Christmas Gifts among the inmates of Ranaviru Sevana during the occasion and spared time to listen to their thoughts and ideas.
Mrs. Jayasuriya also did not forget to sit for the special dinner arranged by the SVAB for the War Heroes.
This worthy cause was supported by leading entrepreneurs Hayleys Consumer, MAS Active, Sun Rich Biscuits, East West Marketing and State Trading. To cover the expenses of the special dinner, Mrs. Mala Perera also donated Rs.60,000/= to the SVAB.
A number of senior members of SVAB and donors were present at the occasion.
