People’s Bank Buddhist Association, extending its services towards northern students donated school accessories to 170 selected children during a ceremony on Friday (8) at Usan Ramanadan Vidyalayam in Jaffna.
The recipients, who had done very well in studies, received these gift parcels from the Secretary, People’s Bank Buddhist Association, Mr Preethi Kolonnage, General Officer Commanding, 52 Division, 522 Brigade Commander and a few more officers.
On the same occasion, a group of teachers from several schools received gift parcels from the same organization.
