Sri Lanka Army soccer team won the Cargills Foodcity FA Cup - 2013 defeating Blue Stars in the final encounter, held at Sugathadasa Stadium on Saturday (22).
Sri Lanka Army Soccer Team beat Colombo FC by 2-1 before it recorded victory against Blue Stars at the final round by 2-0.
Minister of Sports, Hon Mahindananda Aluthgamage, Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Daya Ratnayake, Deputy Chief of Staff, Major General E. P. de Z Abeysekara were among the
distinguished guests who watched the final tussle.
