The musical evening, ‘Signals Resonance Rhythm’, organized by the Sri Lanka Signal Corps (SLSC) got underway at Maharagama Youth Centre on Friday (16).
The event, meant to raise funds for provision of welfare facilities and improvement of infrastructure help for fallen and disable War Heroes of the SLSC, was graced by Major General (Retd) C.J. Abeyratne as the Chief Guest in the company of Major General E.P De Z Abeysekara, Colonel Commandant of SLSC.
Music to the scintillating event, comprised of ‘Stars of 70’ was provided by the renowned musician, Samantha Perera and his orchestra. ‘Ranganawo’ dancing group added colour to the occasion.
